When we get stuck in fear
When we get stuck in fear, and you don’t do what you really, want to do, the fear to start, the fear of failure.
We don’t like to think of ourselves as fearful, subconsciously fear prevents us from doing lots of things that we really want to do, this can be from speaking to a group or start something new.
Thoughts like ….. can really get in the way
- I don’t think I can do this.
- I’m not sure how to use technology
- What if …. people ….
- No one will care ….
Today I want you to know that these are only thoughts, and thoughts can change. Everything around you is neutral it’s what you think about it, that becomes your outcome. Embrace new thoughts and change the cant’s into I can. This takes practice, and can be done.
For today, try something that you are fearful about, if you think you can’t draw, take out a pen and paper and make silly doodles, it’s a start, tomorrow try painting with watercolors, the next time be bold and try acrylics, take an online art lesson, don’t let fear make you stop when you would love to be creative.
